There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If this is not honored a penalty fee of 50% of the session chosen will be charged. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your appointment. I am very understanding of emergencies and that things come up and these will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
